I think it may be more difficult if he fails to keep the promises that he made, like building "The Wall" for example.  Construction has not even started on that yet.  Another example would be providing a superior replacement for Obamacare, if he doesn't do that, or get rid of Common Core, he's going to have a real problem with his supporter base I think.  Let's not forget that the media has not ceased its relentless lambasting of him.  It's so bad I even get anti-Trump news on my cell phone (and probably 10's of millions of others do to).

It's way too early to tell. Depends on what he does in his last year and who the Democratic candidate is

You beat me to it. Trump won't be winning the next election if he doesn't build that wall. Let's not forget that he lost the popular vote.

I know some people who question that alleged fact.  I took online polls, (you know the ones that ask you who you thought won) after all 3 debates with Hillary-girl and almost every single one had Trump winning and winning BIG.  The fact that the election was "close" is very questionable in some people's minds.  Even Trump himself said that the system was rigged.  Some people think he was right.  You might ask, now if it was rigged how did he win in the first place?  Well, "they" (and I won't say who "they" are) may not have total control over the "rigging process".  He might have won so big that they couldn't rig it enough to put her over the top.  I wonder how many people have considered that.  And if the election was rigged to get her in the White House, we have to give serious thought as to who's in control in this country and what kind of situation we're dealing with.  I watched Trump's rallies and the crowds he was drawing.  She couldn't even come close with the crowds she had.  The media wouldn't show the crowds (except Right Side Broadcasting).  They didn't show the crowds for him OR her, I think simply because people would see how large his crowds were compared to hers.  And speaking of the media, they were 100% biased in her favor, everything she's ever done is wonderful with them, and if Trump looked the wrong way at someone 30 years ago there would be a media storm over it, which also I'm sure, won people over to her.  Right now they're cementing their control and doing everything possible to prevent him from achieving his goals and winning re-election.

No man, most minorities were behind her, and so were a good chunk of white people (all the feminists and their pet homosexuals), so it's not surprising that she won the popular vote.
