I get now why short girls call guys who are barely taller short

So I've learned that women compare male height to other men, therefore a 5'7" guy is short to a 4'11 and 5'10" woman. It may be hypocritical, but they are still objectively short compared to the average male, so they are seen as short.

No they don't. A 4'11" woman would consider a 5'7" man to be tall if she stands next to him. Short women who say 5'7-5'9" guys are short are just repeating what they hear.

Of course it's hypocritical, but that's the way the female brain works.  And I agree, they do compare heights of different guys, because it's the guy's obligation (in her mind) to be tall/taller, not her obligation, since men are taller than women around the World.  She feels she can have a guy much taller than her.  That option is not available to men, and if it were, I am positive most men do not want women taller than they are.  However, with the media constantly raising the bar so-to-speak, and "heightening" women's standards with respect to men, many of these women who set their sights so high, will wind up alone and unwanted at some point, and that's the price many of them will pay for their unrealistic standards.  Heightism against short men is one of the most if not THE most acceptable forms of discrimination on earth.

I said that because while it is, they still think it anyway. People don't want to ever blame women, so they make excuses for heightism even though women are mostly perpetuating it.

You can't blame women for anything.  That's misogyny.
